4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
3 1/3 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 t. cloves
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, pumpkin, oil and sugar in one bowl. Combine flour, soda, salt and spices in another bowl. Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture. Add raisins, coconut and walnuts if desired. Generously grease 2 large loaf pans and lightly flour. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hrs.
