2 Pkgs. chopped spinach - cooked and drained
2 Cans tomatoes - drained and cut up
2 Cups crushed saltine crackers
Small onion - chopped or grated
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all of the above ingredients using 1/2 - 3/4 cups of liquid from tomatoes. Should be a tad soupy. Place in a greased casserole and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.

The above recipe has been doubled.
