1 Can One-Pie pumpkin 1 Tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 Tsp. ginger 2 Tsp. cinnamon (level) 1/2 Tsp. nutmeg 1/2 Tsp. salt 1 Can evap. milk (12 oz. can) pour into pumpkin can the fill pumpkin can with reg. milk to top. 1/2 cup lt. brown sugar 1/2 c gran. 2 eggs beaten
Bake at 450º for 15 minutes then 350º for approximately 40-50 minutes or when silver knife comes out clean when you test.
