2 T. butter or margarine
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/8 t. salt
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan melt butter or margarine in boiling water. Add flour and salt all at once; stir vigorously. Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that does not separate. Remove from heat; cool 5 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating dough till very smooth and shiny after each addition. Drop dough 3 inches apart on a lightly greased baking sheet making 6 mounds. Bake in 450 oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325. Bake 10 minutes more. Remove from oven; cut off tops. Remove soft centers. Turn oven off; return cream puff tops and bottoms to oven for 20 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
