1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
2-1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 egg
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2-3/4 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. minced onion

1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can Golden cream of mushroom soup (Campbells)

Mix first 9 ingredients and make balls. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 on cookie sheet. Drain on paper towels.

Mix the sauce ingredients. Put balls in casserole dish. Pour sauce over balls. Bake at 350 1/2 hour longer.

Serve over egg noodles.

This recipe can be doubled, 3x, 4x, etc. May need covered casserole for larger batches. Yum!
