Cabbage, shredded
Mayonnaise
Carrots, shredded
yellow mustard
celery, small amount, optional
celery seed

sugar

vinegar

salt

pepper

Directions:
Directions:
There are no specific quantities. Note there are no onions. Combine the cabbage, carrots and celery, and toss until well mixed. Combine the Mayonnaise with enough mustard to give very lightly golden color, then add celery seed, sugar and vinegar to individual taste. (A little on the sweet side). Add salt and pepper to taste. (Not much pepper). Combine salad ingredients and dressing. Toss until well mixed. Taste and readjust seasoning to taste.
