3 cups coconut
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
3/4 cup sugar
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp vanilla
melted chocolate optional

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except for chocolate in a double boiler and cook until mixed. Place mixture in spoonfuls on cookie sheets, cook 10-15 min until golden on top, dip in melted chocolate when cooled if desired.
