1 medium bag or box of shells or corkscrew pasta
SwIss cheese cubes
Colby cheese cubes (choose at least 2 kinds)
Cheddar cheese cubes
American cheese cubes
1 to 2 sticks chopped celery
1/2 chopped green pepper
1/2 chopped red pepper
1 chopped onion or green onions
Small pieces of broccoli & cauliflower (as desire)
Cherry Tomatoes (as desired)
Pepperoni or salami chunks or slices
1 large Robust Italian Salad Dressing
olives (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta in water with 2 tbsp. olive oil, until it is tender, about 10 minutes. Drain, rise with cold water, drain again. Let cool in refrigerator for a while.
Add all ingredients, and pour 3/4 ths of bottle on salad, put in large bowl with lid. Tip salad over a few times to cover everything with dressing in the bowl.
Before serving add rest of dressing if needed.
