1 lb ground beef
1 large onion (diced)
1 - 2 garlic cloves (diced)
1 - 2 T chili powder
1 - 2 T cayenne pepper
salt & pepper (shake of each)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 - 15oz can of dark red kidney beans

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef. Drain fat. Add diced onion and garlic to beef mixture and cook until onions are translucent. In separate large soup pot, add kidney beans and couple cans of water. Add all ingredients to soup pot and let cook for 1 hour.
