8-10 pieces of chicken
1 cup raw rice
1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of celery soup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup cooking sherry (or water)

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9" x 13" pan well. Combine undiluted soups with the rice, water and sherry. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Arrange the chicken pieces on top. Do not season or stir. Bake at 300F for 3 hours.
