2 c. sugar
2 tsp baking soda
3 c. flour
2 Tbs vinegar
1 tsp salt
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 325F for 35 minutes. Any type of pan is OK.
