2 c flour
2 c sugar
4 eggs
3 c carrots, grated
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c corn oil
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add oil, eggs and vanilla and blend well. Bake in 3 (9 inch) pans at 350 for 30 minutes or until done.
