Pork side ribs
Water
Garlic salt or dry rub of your choice

Sauce
1 part Bullseye Original BBQ Sauce (any flavour)
2 parts ketchup
1 part Cattle Boyz Sauce
1 part of any other sauce in your fridge!

Rub the ribs with garlic salt or dry rub. Place ribs in a pan, adding 1/2 inch of water. Cover with foil. Cook covered at 250º for 3 to 4 hours. Check after 2 hours to ensure water has not fully evaporated and add more if required. Remove cover, check ribs for degree of doneness. To do this, pull on one of the ribs, and if it pulls away with just a little effort the ribs are done. Place the ribs on the BBQ on low to medium heat. This will dry the ribs and add colour and BBQ taste. Baste the ribs with the sauce and allow sauce to carmelize. This should take about 5 minutes per side. Be careful to control the heat so that the sauce does not burn. Alternately, the ribs can be placed on the BBQ and the sauce served separately if not everyone cares for sticky BBQ ribs. As the ribs are fully cooked when placed on the BBQ there is no problem with using the same sauce at the table for dipping.
