Ingredients:  
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. cooked rice
3 eggs
1 large can evaporated milk
1 Tbs vanilla
cinnamon and/or nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
1. Mix sugar, eggs and vanilla well.
2. Mix rice, evaporated milk and a little water to make 2 cups.
3. Mix all and put into a large loaf pan.
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg and bake for 30 minutes or until pudding is custard like on a knife inserted in the center of the pan.
