1-1/2 cups rice, cooked
1/4 cup oleo, melted
2 tbsp. green chilies, chopped
1/4 1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped parsley or 1/8 1/4 cup parsley flakes
1 cup cheese, grated
1 egg
1/2 cup milk

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in 1 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
