2 cups fine bread crumbs
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup parsley
1 clove garlic, minced or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 fryer, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT chicken. Dip fryer pieces into crumb mixture, then lay them into a 9 x 13 or shallow roasting pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Keep remaining crumbs in covered container, refrigerate or freeze.
