2 quarts water
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 medium carrots, chopped
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1 cup cooked turkey, cut up
Dash of pepper
1 cup canned milk or cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables and parsley in water until almost done. Add rice and salt. Cook 15 minutes then add turkey, pepper and milk/cream. Bring to a simmer. Serve.
