5 medium carrots
2 medium onions
2 green bell peppers
1 cup celery, chopped
1 pkg. (7 oz.) spaghetti, break into small pieces
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Grind or finely chop the carrots, onions, and peppers. Add celery. In saucepan, cook, drain and rinse spaghetti. In another saucepan, mix sugar and egg until smooth and add vinegar. Bring to a boil (be careful, it scorches easily). Cool. Combine vegetables, spaghetti and boiled mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill before serving.
