2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup oil

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano

Onion, chopped
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

For dough, combine the dough ingredients in a bowl. Stir until mixture leaves side of bowl. Gather and press into a ball. Knead dough in bowl 10 times. Divide in half. Roll each one out on floured surface. Place on cookie sheet. Brush with additional oil. For sauce, mix together sauce ingredients and spread this mixture on rolled out dough. Top with favorite toppings (bacon, mushrooms, pepperoni, etc.), then with chopped onion and cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 2 pizzas.
