1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 medium onion, grated
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup stuffing mix
1/2 stick of butter
1 egg beaten
Sprinkle of breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Thaw spinach and drain off as much water as possible.
3. Combine all ingredients well.
4. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
