2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
1 tbsp. lemon juice
6 pork chops, about 1/2 thick (about 1-1/4 pounds)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Heat brown sugar, horseradish and lemon juice to boiling in 1 quart saucepan, stirring constantly. Brush on pork. Cover and grill pork 4 5 from medium heat for 20 minutes, turning once, until hot and juice from pork is no longer pink. Serve remaining sauce with pork.
