Ingredients:  
4 or more pork chops
2 tsp. browning sauce (kitchen bouquet)
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 cup plum jam
1/2 cup ground ginger
1 large can green beans

Directions:
Directions:
Brush tops of chops with browning sauce and place in baking dish. Combine salt, vinegar, jam and ginger and spoon over chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Serve with green beans.
