Ingredients:  
2 or 3 very ripe bananas
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1 cube oleo
2 cups flour
Vanilla
Nuts, chopped, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix banana and soda together. Add eggs sugar, oleo, flour, vanilla and nuts. Place in loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for approx. 40 minutes.
