6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 tbsp. butter or margarine melted
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
butter curls or balls

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 375, grease 8 deep 7 oz. custard cups.
Set greased cups in jelly roll pan.
In a large bowl beat eggs with mixer at low speed until frothy, then beat in milk and butter.
At low speed beat flour and salt into previous wet mixture.
Pour about 3/4 c. of batter into each greased cup.
Bake 1 hour, slit to let steam out, bake 10 min. more.
Remove and serve immediately.
