3cups chicken broth
3 cups milk
6 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp onion flakes
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp hot sauce
4 cups broccoli florets (slightly steamed

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large pot melt butter over med heat. Slowly add flour while whisking. When blended add broth, water, and half and half. Stir until comes to a boil.
Reduce heat to low.
2. Add cheese and seasonings. Stir in the broccoli and simmer for 15 minutes.
