12 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
2 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
1/2 c. salsa
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. plum tomatoes, diced
1/3 c.green onions, sliced
1/4 c. ripe olives, sliced
1/4 c. pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced
Tortilla chips

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, chili powder, cumin and red pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well blended. Stir in the salsa. Spread into a 13" x 9" tray. Top with cheeses, tomatoes, green onions and olives. Serve with chips. (Can also make without the olives; just leave them out).
