1 Chicken breast cubed and browned
3 cup of cooked rice
1 can broccoli cheese soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
16 oz bag frozen broccoli
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup parm cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare 1 cup of rice with 2 cups water and 1 tsp chicken base.
2. Grease pan. Mix chicken, rice, soup, milk, salt and pepper. Layer boccoli in bottom of pan. Spread chicken mixture over broccoli. Mix butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle over casserole. Sprinkle with parm cheese.
3. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 or until bubbly.
