"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste
This recipe for Chicken and Biscuits, by Jayne Zens, is from The 2009 Zens Family Favorites,
one of the cookbooks created at FamilyCookbookProject.com. We help

Boil the chicken until done. Cool on plate. De-bone chicken and put back into broth.Thicken broth with corn starch and water. Make bisquick biscuits. You can bake biscuits on cookie sheet and serve separately or you can put the gravy into a 9x13 cake pan and put the biscuits on top of the gravy and bake at 350º until the biscuits are done about 30 min.
