Ingredients:  
1 pkg. 10 oz frozen chopped spinach
2 cups cooked wild rice
2 cups cooked white rice
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
1/4 cup sliced green onions with tops
4 Tbsp. real bacon bits

Dressing

1/2 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Run frozen spinach under water to separate, drain thoroughly. Mix spinach with all other ingredients except dressing. Pour dressing over rice mixture and toss. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
