1 16 oz pkg elbow macaroni 1/2 cup butter 2 eggs beaten 1 can evaporated milk 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup 1 cup milk 4 cups of shredded cheese
Cook Macaroni and drain. Melt butter. Combine eggs, evaporated milk, soup, milk, butter and 3 cups of cheese. Pour over mac and stir. Cook in crock pot for 4 hours on low. Sprinkle cheese over and let melt.
Kids love this. I have added Little Smokies to make it a meal. Great for reunions and parties!
