1 unbaked pie shell
1 c. sugar
3 Tbs flour
1 c. white corn syrup
1 c. coconut
1 can (8oz) pineapple, undrained
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and flour. Add corn syrup, coconut, pineapple, eggs and vanilla. Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350F for 50-55 minutes. Cover loosely with foil, if the top browns too quickly. Cool on a wire rack. Cool before serving.
