3 (8 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt
3 large eggs
1/3 cup milk

Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soft butter
1 cup chopped toasted almonds (optional)

Crust:
Mix crust ingredients together and press into bottom of a 9x13" cake pan. Set aside.

With mixer, beat softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and salt until smooth. Add eggs, blend in milk. Pour into crust.

Bake for 40 min. at 350 F. Cool. Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling.

Take cream cheese out of aluminum foil and soften in microwave for a few seconds, until soft enough to stir easily.
