2 c. flour, leveled off
1 tsp baking soda, level off
1/2 tsp. baking power, level off
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbs sour cream
4 large, ripe bananas, mashed

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350

In first bowl, mix together flour, baking soda and baking powder.
In second (larger) bowl, add butter, sugar and salt. Whisk together, then add eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Next add flour mixture to this bowl.
Add mashed bananas and mix well. Pour batter into bundt pan or loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour, let cool for 30 minutes before serving.
