Ingredients:  
1 back cut lettuce or about 1/2 to 2/3 chopped head of lettuce
1 bag of Frito chips
1/2 bottle of Catalina dressing
1 c. grated cheese
1 can corn, drained
1 can black or red bean, drained
1 to 2 tomatoes
1 bell pepper, any color
1 small can sliced olives
1/2 purple onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Add vegetables, cheese, beans and corn to a bowl with lettuce. Toss. Right before you are ready to serve add 1/2 bag of the Frito's and 1/2 bottle of Catalina dressing and serve.
