Ingredients:
1/4 cup oleo or butter (softened)
1/2 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 lb powdered sugar (approx. 2 cups)
1 lb. chocolate coating*

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients except chocolate together until smooth. Add more sugar if necessary to roll into balls; chill. Prepare chocolate coating; dip balls so they are completely covered. Drop the coated ball on waxed paper; chill for a few minutes until the coating is set.
*Milk chocolate or dark chocolate coatings are available and easy to work with. To prepare the chocolate for use, simply break or cut into pieces. Melt in a double boiler over hot water (never boiling). When completely melted, cool the water slightly so that it just feels comfortably warm to your hand. This is the correct holding temperature for dipping or molding chocolate pieces.
