1 cup sugar 3 eggs, separated 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/2 pint whipping cream pinch of salt 8 oz cream cheese 1 tsp vanilla
Cream sugar and cream cheese. Add beaten eggs yolks, beat. Add salt and vanilla. Beat whipping cream until fairly stiff. Add it to the mixture. Beat egg whites until fairly stiff. Fold into custard. Line bottom of pan 7 x 11" pan .with 1/2 of the crumbs. Cover with custard and spread rest of crumbs on top. Freeze.
