6 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp flour
2 tsp salt
4 cup milk
dried minced onion or cooked raw onion (opt)
6 cup sliced raw potatoes
2 pkg powdered Cheddar cheese
cubed American or Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 4 Tbsp butter; add flour and salt. Add milk slowly; cook until sauce thickens. Add onion and cheeses; stir well. Add sliced potatoes; bring to a boil. Put into a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Dot with remaining butter. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
