1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
dash of salt
1 stick butter
1 can fruit pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9x13 casserole dish. Mix rest of ingredients, except pie filling, together into a batter. Pour batter over butter-- do not stir! Pour fruit over batter and butter-- do not stir! Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Again, DO NOT STIR! Top with whipped cream, ice cream, or milk as it is served.
