3 egg yolks (save whites)
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 envelope gelatin
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup cottage cheese
18 graham crackers
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 1 envelope gelatin in 1/4 cup orange juice. Blend in with the cottage cheese. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into pie filling.

Make graham cracker pie shell with the 18 graham crackers, 1/2 stick butter and the 1/4 cup sugar. (save some crumbs to sprinkle on top)

Bake crust in oven 5 minutes at 400 degrees. Pour in filling and chill until firm.
