2 cup flour
1Tbls baking powder
1 cup ripe banana
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp milk
1/2 cup oil
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 3oz pkg strwberry jello
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Good by it self or with cream cheese. This is a nice christmas basket filler when made in mini loaf pans. By the aluminum ones and you don't even have to take it put of the pan.
