1 small loaf Angel food cake
1 1/2 c milk
1 - 3oz pkg orange jello
1 c sugar
pinch salt
1 lemon
coconut
1 - 8 oz cool whip
1 #2 can crushed pineapple (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Make custard in top of double boiler. Remove from heat and add the orange jello. Stir to dissolve,add juice of one lemon. Chile until partially set. Beat 2 egg whites and fold in cool whip. Fold into custard mixture. Add the crushed pineapple. Break angel food cake in small bite size pieces and put into buttered 9 x 12 pan. Add gelatin mixture and mix slightly to coat all the cake. Sprinkle top lightly with coconut. Chill overnight.
