1 3-5 lb. chuck roast Flour, salt, pepper 3-4 carrots 5-6 medium red skin potatoes 1 large yellow onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can tomato sauce
Cut up vegetables and place in bottom of crock pot Cut roast into serving size pieces and dredge in seasoned flour. Place meat on top of veggies in pot. Pour the tomato sauce over the meat. Spread the mushroom soup evenly over the meat. Do Not Add Any Water!!! Set crock pot on low and cook for 8 to 10 hours. Resist the urge to left the lid!!! Makes a delicious complete dinner with yummy gravy! To speed up the process you can cook on high for 4 hours and switch to low for 2 hours.
