"When I'm at a Chinese restaurant having a hard time with chopsticks, I always hope that there's a Chinese kid at an American restaurant somewhere who's struggling mightily with a fork."--Rick Budinich

Ingredients:
1 batch of bread dough
cinnamon
sugar
cream

Directions:
Directions:
Press the bread dough into a 9x13 cake pan. Let raise and then spread with cream, sugar and cinnamon. Put lots of sugar on it. To make some juicy spots in the dough press your spoon through the dough and pour some cream in it. Do this about 6-7 times. Try not to hit the bottom of the pan because the cream will run to the bottom. Bake at 350 for about 45min to 1 hr. Check after 45 min. Let cool in pan for 1/2 hr and then take out of pan very slowly so the topping doesn't fall off. When cooled cut it and dip it into cream and enjoy.
