1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 sticks butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 cup old-fashioned oats
1 2/3 cup Butterscotch Chip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, sugar and brown sugar in mixer. *Taste it to make sure it has enough sugar and butter. HaHa* Add in eggs and vanilla, beating well after each egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats and morsels. *Get spoons out of the drawer and enjoy a spoonful or two before next step.* Drop by rolled spoonfuls onto ungreased baking stones. Bake at 375 for 9-12 minutes.

Mommy and I love to make these. We always make a batch of these and Chocolate chip cookies and No-Bakes for Daddy to take to the plant with him everytime he goes. And in the fall, we always make a bunch of different cookie dough and roll it into individual cookie balls, put it on waxed paper in a sealed container, and freeze it, so when the holidays come around, all we have to do is the baking. As long as Mommy and Daddy haven't eaten all the frozen dough before Thanksgiving comes.
