"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

10 Chicken breasts or 4 lg turkey breasts 3 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 cup sour cream 3 pkgs of dried beef salt and pepper to taste
This recipe is so simple. It all depends on how many people you are serving. If you serve less then you can cut the recipe in half. Mix all the ingredients together and bake in the oven or put on the grill and cook until done. When you put it on the grill you will have to watch it very closely so it doesn't burn. Cook it on low and watch. When done you can serve it over mashed potatoes or rice. I have used both. There is something in the dried beef that makes that gravy taste so good.
