2 chicken breasts (sliced in long strips) 2 tbs sugar 2 tbs soy sauce Favorite frozen vegetables 1 tbs corn starch 1/4 c. cold water 1 can beef broth salt to taste
Marinate chicken in sugar and soy sauce for 15 minutes. Fry chicken in oil. Drain meat. Add vegetables, cook until tender. Dissolve corn starch in water. Add to broth and mixture. Simmer. Serve over cooked rice.
