Place in this order in mixing bowl
1 packet active dry yeast
2 cups King Midas Flour
2 T. Sugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
3/4 cup hot milk
1/4 cup butter, put in heated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat at speed 3 for 3 minutes. (Batter will climb beaters, just push down with rubber spatula.) Spread in greased 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, then a mixture of 1/2 cup sugar, 2 T. flour, and 1/4 tsp nutmeg. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes or until light.
Bake at 375.
Note: If cranberries are frozen, it may take 15 minutes longer for the dough to rise.
Cranberries are a unique touch to coffee cake. Try it for dessert.
