Clean out average size pumpkin (make sure it will fit in your oven)

Cook 1-2 pounds of brown sausage, with celery and onions and put in the bottom of the pumpkin (empty grease first)

Put 2 cans cream of mushroom and 2 cans of cream of chicken; and a can of water per can of soup until pumpkin is
half full.

Add 3 cups of instant rice. (other additions like carrots are also good), 1/2 lb of grated cheese, and chicken bouillon crushed up. Mix all together.

Cook at 375 degrees for a couple of hours or until
bubbly. Cook pumpkin on a cookie sheet.
