6 sweet potatoes
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sweet potatoes about 30 minutes. Cool and peel. Slice.
Melt butter and brown sugar in skillet; add potatoes and cook over medium heat until well glazed and heated through. Turn several times.

Double the amount of brown sugar and butter if sweet potatoes are large.
