2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup enriched flour
Dash salt
1 Tblsp. lemon juice
2 Tblsp. butter
1 recipe Plain pastry

Directions:
Directions:
Combine blueberries, sugar, flour, salt, and lemon juice. Fill 8-inch pastry-lined pie pan. Dot with butter and adjust top crust. Bake in hot oven (400) 15 minutes, then turn oven down to 350 for35-40 minutes.
